1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
PickPo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or activity promoting, facilitating, or engaging in CSAE is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Grooming or attempting to groom minors
- Sharing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Exploiting or coercing minors for sexual purposes
2. Proactive Moderation
PickPo is a photo-sharing application, and we screen content before it can cause harm:
- Every uploaded photo — including AI-generated images — passes through automated image-classification moderation.
- Content flagged by moderation is blocked from public visibility and reviewed.
- Moderation decisions cannot be bypassed by sharing links: blocked content is withheld from share links too.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
We provide clear, accessible ways to report any suspected CSAE:

Please include any relevant details, such as a link to the poll or photo, to help us investigate.
All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate actions are taken.
4. Enforcement & Cooperation
Upon identification of CSAE, PickPo will:
- Remove offending content
- Ban offending users
- Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other relevant authorities, as required by applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to prevent CSAE.
